About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant to join a highly collaborative boutique investment firm in London.<br><br> Supporting a client-facing team of Managing Directors, Senior Associates, and VPs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced and professional team environment. This is a business that genuinely values its assistants, where collaboration, teamwork, and support are part of the culture.<br><br> The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and confident working within the investment sector. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years gained within the investment sector. You'll be comfortable managing busy schedules, coordinating across multiple time zones, and handling complex international travel arrangements.<br><br><strong><em>Your duties will include, but are not limited too:</em></strong><br><ul><li>Extensive diary and calendar management for MD level and wider team support</li><li>Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones</li><li>Organising complex international and domestic travel arrangements</li><li>Booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries</li><li>Supporting colleagues and providing cover where needed</li><li>Assisting with day-to-day team coordination and administration</li></ul><strong><em>What you’ll bring:</em></strong><br><ul><li>Excellent organisational and communication skills</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented approach</li><li>Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment</li></ul>If you demonstrate success within the firm, there will be further opportunities for progression within the organisation.<br><br>12 month assignment | 5 days in office | Overtime Pay | £26 inclusive of holiday pay <br><br> <strong><em>If you’re looking for a collaborative environment where your contribution will be genuinely valued, we’d love to hear from you.</em></strong>
