About the Programme

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Working closely with experienced teachers to plan and deliver learning activities
  • Leading small group interventions and, over time, whole-class teaching
  • Gaining experience in behaviour management, assessment, and curriculum delivery
  • Participating in a structured training programme leading to QTS
  • Contributing to the wider school community

Who We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate in English or a related subject (2:2 or above preferred)
  • A genuine interest in teaching and working with young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
