<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and personable Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established small animal practice in South West London. This is a fantastic role for a vet seeking autonomy in a supportive setting, with a manageable caseload, excellent facilities, and access to 24-hour hospital support nearby.</p>
<h4>The Role</h4>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> 4-day week</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Weekends:</strong> 1:4 Saturdays (branch) and 1:10 Sundays</p>
<li>
<p><strong>On-call:</strong> None</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £60,000–£75,000 DOE</p>

<p>This first opinion GP position offers a varied caseload of consultations and routine surgeries, with time for clinical follow-up and administrative work. </p>

<p>You’ll be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys leading from the front and providing high-quality, community-focused care. Confidence in routine surgery and sole charge, along with a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.</p>
