About the Role
The Role:
We have an opportunity for a customer service focused professional to join our award-winning team in Hitchin.
You will have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, be articulate and have an engaging personality. Good time management and organisational skills are also a must.
Your day will be spent either office based, dealing with prospective and existing clients on the telephone and in person and accompanying applicants and prospective buyers to properties in both instances delivering the exceptional customer service which Ashtons is renowned for.
Applicant Skillset:
Previous experience in the Estate Agency Industry would be desired but not essential
Confident in a customer service / sales environment and confident in dealing with the public both face to face and on the telephone
You will possess the ability to confidently and professionally communicate and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase properties
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A positive 'can do' approach is essential
IT literate and be able to confidently use all Microsoft Packages
You will possess a valid driving license and own your own car
Working Hours:
Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary:
£13.25 per hour
