Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to join a growing delivery team.
In this role, you will lead complex Oracle Cloud ERP implementations for some of our most strategic customers, providing both functional and solution leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, combining business process expertise with deep Oracle Cloud ERP knowledge to deliver high-quality, scalable, and value-driven solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise ERP solutions that align with business objectives, technical architecture, and integration requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring solution quality, governance, documentation standards, and overall customer success.
Working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, you will identify customer requirements, recommend best practices, and develop tailored ERP solutions that maximise the value of Oracle Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Solution Design
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Define scalable, efficient, and future-ready ERP solution strategies that support customer transformation goals.
System Architecture & Integration
- Develop detailed solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and integration strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems, including CRM, HCM, BI, and third-party applications.
- Apply industry best practices to ensure system scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, project teams, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide trusted guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Customisation & Optimisation
- Oversee solution configuration, customisation, and extension activities to meet specific business needs while maintaining alignment with Oracle best practices.
- Drive continuous optimisation and improvement initiatives across ERP environments.
Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure all solution documentation, design artefacts, and implementation deliverables are completed to the highest standard.
- Provide guidance on ERP governance, data migration, testing strategies, release management, and deployment best practices.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams and junior consultants.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and delivery excellence across the organisation.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process improvement for both customers and internal teams.
