About the Role
<strong>Class 1 HGV Driver <br>Day & Night Work<br>£20.00 per hour (Days) | £22.00 per hour (Nights)</strong><br><strong>Ad-Hoc & Full-Time Hours Available | Immediate Start<br></strong><br>Pertemps Heathrow is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to work on an ongoing agency basis for a leading logistics operation supporting major food manufacturing clients.<br><br>We are currently looking for:<br><ul><li><strong>Night Drivers</strong></li><ul><li><strong>Day Drivers</strong></li><li><strong>Drivers happy to work both days and nights</strong></li></ul></ul><br>A monthly rota is provided, giving you visibility of your planned shifts in advance.<br><br><strong>The Role</strong><br><br>This is primarily Class 1 driving work, but flexibility is required as operational requirements can vary.<br>You may be required to drive:<br><br><ul><li>Class 1 (C+E)</li><ul><li>Class 2 (C)</li><li>7.5T (C1)</li><li>3.5T Van</li></ul></ul><strong><br>Regardless of the vehicle you are allocated, you will be paid the Class 1 rate.</strong><br><br><strong>Pay & Benefits<br></strong><ul><li>£20.00 per hour – Day Rate </li><ul><li>£22.00 per hour – Night Rate</li><li>PAYE</li><li>Paid driving assessment</li><li>Immediate starts available</li><li>Ad-hoc shifts available</li><li>Full-time hours available for drivers with greater flexibility</li><li>Monthly rota provided</li><li>Ongoing work available</li></ul></ul><br><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence</li><ul><li>Valid CPC</li><li>Valid Digital Tachograph Card</li><li>Previous Class 1 driving experience</li><li>Reliable and professional approach</li><li>Willingness to drive different vehicle types when required</li></ul></ul><br>All successful applicants will need to complete a driving assessment before starting work.
