About the Role
<p>An exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm as a Business Development Manager, this role has a focus on working closely with the fee earners to develop a go to market Business Development plan.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<li>Identify and pursue new business and cross-selling opportunities</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with clients and intermediaries</li>
<li>Lead BD campaigns, events, and market engagement activities</li>
<li>Coach stakeholders on business development strategy and pipeline management</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to amplify impact</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills & Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven business development success in commercial or professional services environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UK corporate, mid-market, and SME sectors</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and execution ability</li>
<li>Skilled in CRM systems, project management, and digital tools</li>
