We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.<br></p><p>We're now looking for an investigative thinker who can get to the real "why" behind our commercial performance — and turn those answers into better decisions.</p><h3>About the job</h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Own the company's most important commercial questions: what drives deal velocity, pipeline conversion, durable expansion, and where we're misallocating effort or capital</p></li><li><p>Conduct deep analyses that go beyond surface-level metrics</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify questions others aren't asking</p></li><li><p>Translate findings into concrete recommendations — and track whether they moved the needle</p></li><li><p>Share insights broadly to raise the analytical bar across the organisation</p></li></ul><h3>About you</h3><p>We believe you have:</p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical/commercial role.</p></li><li><p>Commercial mindset: you understand deal dynamics, what slows them down and are able to spot bottlenecks before they occure.</p></li><li><p>Great communication skills: you bring data to life, simplify complex ideas, and write with clarity.</p></li><li><p>Proactive growth mindset: you are always looking for ways to improve.</p></li><li><p>Strong organization skills: you follow through, document and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.</p></li><li><p>Great stakeholder management skills: confident collaborating across all levels and disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Tech-savviness: proficient with modern SaaS tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Claude etc.). <br></p><p><strong>This role is remote-first, but to be eligible for employment you will need to be a resident for tax purposes in one of these locations: Sweden, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom.</strong></p></li></ul><h3>What’s in it for you?</h3><p>You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other.
