Salary and benefits:

 

• Monday-Friday 8:30am–5:30pm.
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
• Full manufacturer training including EV & Hybrid pathways.
• Performance-related bonus scheme.
• Service Technician: £35,000 + bonus
• Diagnostic Technician: £40,000 + bonus
• Master Technician: £42,000-£45,000 + bonus

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic systems.
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately with a first-time fix mindset.
• Supporting workshop efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Working closely with service and workshop control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously developing skills through EV, Hybrid, and brand-specific training programmes.
