About the Role
ERP Support AnalystEly£30k-£37kAs a ERP Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day operation of the organisation’s ERP platform and associated business systems, ensuring users can work efficiently and securely.You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple sites, helping resolve system issues, supporting enhancements, and improving how the business uses its ERP tools. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to both technical systems and stakeholder engagement.Due to the location of sites, a drivers licence and car is essential. The role is likely to be 4 days a week in the office, with 1 day remote.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the operation, availability, and reliability of the organisation’s ERP platform and related IT systemsActing as a key support point for ERP-related issues, including investigation, resolution, and escalation where neededDiagnose problems, manage incidents, and reduce recurring issues by completing system enhancementsAssisting with system changes and upgrades, ensuring they are tested and documented properlyDelivering user support and guidance to help teams understand and use systems effectivelyContributing to IT projects by providing system insight and user-focused inputWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Experience working with ERP systems in a support or analyst capacityUnderstanding of Microsoft-based systems, including Dynamics NAV (or equivalent)Working knowledge of SQL databases and reporting toolsExperience using Office 365Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solvingWillingness to travel between sites and holds a valid driving licenceFull right to work in the UK without any restrictionsFor more information and a full job description, please contact Andy Clarke at the One Group.
