This job is ON - SITE.FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00Shift: Shift 1Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: This customer serviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. Performs a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which includes HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping. Supports other maintenance mechanics with higher level skillset and specialty work to troubleshoot issues. Provides training and assessment of new hires and continued training of maintenance mechanics on a variety of trade standards. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of Building maintenance or plant operations experience is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required.TRAINING DESCRIPTION: In depth knowledge in areas of HVAC, Building Automation, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, Pevco and Locksmith.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Leadership qualities and training experience.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Valid driver’s license is required. MECH certification or equivalent is preferred.
