About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Packers at our metal stamping facility. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidates who are willing to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Package stamped metal parts according to customer specifications
Inspect parts for quality and ensure products meet requirements
Remove excess material or perform basic finishing as needed
Label and prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Schedule:

Full-time position
Available shifts: 6AM - 2:30PM & 2:30PM - 11:00

Pay:

$9.75 p/h

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
