We’re now looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of major construction projects (up to £25m) from first concept through to completion. The Role As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex construction programmes across all RIBA stages, ensuring projects are planned brilliantly, procured effectively and delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and value for money. You will: Lead and manage major construction projects from feasibility to handover Develop project briefs into robust, deliverable programmes Oversee construction delivery, monitoring milestones and addressing risks proactively Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders Manage budgets, timelines and compliance requirements Prepare clear project reports, development appraisals and business cases Ensure adherence to planning, building regulations, H&S and environmental standards Foster strong communication across teams and partners About You A blend of technical capability and a collaborative, people‑centred mindset is key to this role. Key skills include: Experience leading large‑scale construction projects (£20m+) from inception to completion Strong working knowledge of RIBA stages, construction processes, design coordination and compliance Skilled in JCT/NEC contract administration, procurement and performance management Excellent programme management, able to identify risks, resolve delays and drive delivery Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, able to negotiate, influence and build strong relationships Ability to bring innovation to design, delivery or operational outcomes, with experience engaging local authorities and community stakeholders What We’re Looking For We value warmth, integrity and collaboration.
