Als Systemberater Prinect Integration im Service erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag – von der Betreuung kleiner Optimierungsaufträge bis zur Steuerung großer, komplexer Integrationsprojekte. Dabei sind Sie sowohl im direkten Austausch mit Kunden vor Ort als auch im Innendienst tätig. Sie koordinieren, organisieren und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Prinect Systeme nahtlos in die Produktionsumgebungen unserer Kunden integriert werden. Ihre Aufgaben Leiten von Projekten – von der ersten Abstimmung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss Prüfen von Kundenanforderungen, Konkretisierung von Pflichtenheften und Entwickeln optimaler Lösungen gemeinsam mit allen Beteiligten Planen von Ressourcen, Zeitplänen und Budgets sowie Steuerung des gesamten Projektverlaufs – von kurzen Einsätzen bis hin zu mehrmonatigen Großprojekten Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Service, Entwicklung und externen Partnern Sicherstellen einer klaren Kommunikation, Dokumentation und reibungsloser Abläufe – auch bei Projekten mit vielen Stakeholdern Begleiten der Kunden über die Projektlaufzeit hinaus, Beantworten von Fragen, Anstoßen von Optimierungen sowie Unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Produktionsprozesse. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mediengestalter oder ein vergleichbares Studium – gern ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld der Druckvorstufe einer Druckerei, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen zum Prinect Workflow Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Workflow-Modulen (z. B.
