About the Role
<p><strong>Counterbalance Forklift Driver 6476</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Tewkesbury</p>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, five shifts (Monday – Saturday)</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £13.17 – £13.53 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours)</p>

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy chilled warehouse team based in Tewkesbury. This hands-on role involves working across the factory floor, glass fridge, warehouse, and external loading bays, ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently using modern electric forklift trucks.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate forklifts to check, transport, and unload goods</li>
<li>Assist on lorries with pallet handling</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe yard and warehouse environment</li>
<li>Comply with food hygiene and health & safety regulations<br />
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills of a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years)</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work efficiently</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety standards</li>
<li>Experience in dairy or food production is desirable, but not essential</li>
</ul>
