About the Role

This is a key support role within a small, energetic team where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are essential. You'll play a central part in keeping project documentation, compliance records, and office coordination running smoothly.

- Help maintain a well-organised, efficient office environment
Quality & Health & Safety Support (Training Provided)
- Assist with ISO 9001 documentation and systems
- Support internal and external audit preparation
- Maintain H&S records, logs, and training documentation
- Develop knowledge of compliance and quality processes over time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, or contractor administration
- Comfortable working with project documentation and compliance paperwork
- Exposure to RAMS, H&S admin, or subcontractor coordination (desirable, not essential)
- Strong IT and organisational skills

- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

- Clear progression route to Office Manager
- Full training in ISO 9001, H&S, and compliance systems
- Supportive, collaborative, and sociable team culture
