The role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish while building relationships with clients and candidates across the financial markets sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
• Headhunting through social media platforms and other recruitment platforms
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Managing the recruitment process through to offer and placement
• Negotiating salaries and offers
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing your own client portfolio over time
