8am – 5pm
We’re looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Generate hire and sales quotations.
• Process customer hire and sales orders.
• Liaise with depots and suppliers to check equipment availability.
• Set up new customer and supplier accounts.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce.
• Provide efficient and professional customer support.

About You

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred.
