  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships remotely.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is essential.
  • A proactive and commercially astute approach to HR.
