- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, organisational development, and change management.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships remotely.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is essential.
- A proactive and commercially astute approach to HR.
