We embrace and encourage our employees to bring their true and authentic selves in addition to their personal bests to work every day.<br></p>The Manager of Vendor Compliance is responsible for developing and executing processes that ensure the efficent monitoring of M&R repair invoices, M&R rebilling, repair vendor account management, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role oversees M&R invoice processing, rebilling, and vendor account management with a focus on cost savings, accuracy, process optimization and data driven decision making. Link to company benefits offering - https://careers.tracintermodal.com/us/en/benefits<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: <br />• Develop and implement Vendor Compliance strategies to meet cost, accuracy and compliance adherence <br />• Identify and evaluate any large-scale invoicing discrepancies and address with interna parties as well as the vendor <br />• Manage vendor performance, including metrics and quality assurance<br />• Manage team performance, including metric and quality assurance. Ensure the team meets the established KPIs through coaching, training and monthly data driven review <br />• Establish long-term partnerships and drive continuous improvement across the vendor network<br />• Implement invoice review policies and procedures to monitor and manage invoice processes. Lead and mentor vendor compliance teams, establish clear KPIs and development <br />• Identify areas for improvement throughout the Vendor Compliance team processes<br />• Drive cross functional collaboration with all internal and external teams<br />• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements<br />• Continuously review rebilling functions for team and ensure we are adhering to all the requirements for both terminal and MC rebilling <br />• Identify rebill opportunities across the repair vendor site locations <br />• Assist with dispute resolution across all the rebilling efforts of the team <br />• Continue to foster a technology driven team across all efforts processing <br />• Collaborate with all departments to streamline processes and resolve invoicing validations <br />• Continually monitor the functionality of the vendor compliance systems and processes and suggest improvements<br />Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties</p> <p>Required Qualifications:<br />• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field required;<br />• At least three years of supervisory experience<br />• Five years of experience in Operations Management, Vendor Management or Analytics<br />• A combination of education and work experience.</p> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<br />• Competent in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br />• Analytical skills with high level of Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot tables, advanced formulas, large scale data manipulation).<br />• Demonstrates strong leadership presence with professionalism and clear directives.<br />• Strategic-minded, proactive professional with a strong results-driven approach and excellent communication skills<br />• Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to turn data into clear action items for the team</p> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid</p> <p>DIRECT REPORTS: Supervisory Role with Direct Reports</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Please see below:<br />• Regularly required to sit and stand <br />• Occasionally will lift items up to 10 lbs</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>The above job is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.  Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.  All employment is “at-will” as governed by the law of the state where the employee works.  It is further understood that the “at-will” nature of employment is one aspect of employment that cannot be changed except in writing and signed by an authorized company officer.</em></strong></p> <p> Salary budget: $80,000 annual plus 20% incentive target</p> <p><em>Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including candidate qualifications as well as the geographic location of the role and/or candidate.</em></p> <p>Benefits offered: Medical, dental, vision, Rx.
