The SharePoint Administrator ensures availability, performance, security, and compliance of SharePoint services and supports internal users and development teams. <br><strong><em><br>This is you</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Excellent practical knowledge of SharePoint technology </p></li><li><p>Practical experience with other SharePoint‑related technologies </p></li><li><p>Practical experience in deployment and maintenance of IIS‑based solutions </p></li><li><p>Experience in administration of complex SharePoint farms deployed in distributed environments </p></li><li><p>Expert knowledge in optimising, tuning and capacity planning of SharePoint farms </p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Office 365 platform, including: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, Exchange ecosystem, </p></li><li><p>Experience building hybrid solutions with Office 365 services (especially SharePoint Hybrid) </p></li><li><p>Experience in SharePoint patch management </p></li><li><p>Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large‑scale distributed systems </p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge in administering other Microsoft systems </p></li></ul><p>Nice-to-have skills:</p><ul><li><p>Proficiency with ShareGate Migration Tool </p></li><li><p>Experience installing and administering Netcompany’s GetOrganized ECM </p></li><li><p>Experience deploying .sppkg files to the App Catalog </p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of OIDC and SAML 2.0 authentication flows </p></li><li><p>Competence in managing SSL certificates and metadata exchange between Service Provider and Identity Provider </p></li><li><p>Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL‑based: Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management </p></li><li><p>Hands‑on experience with Active Directory tiering model </p></li><li><p>Experience working in restricted environments </p></li><li><p>Certifications (one or more preferred): </p></li><li><p>Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent) </p></li><li><p>Azure Administrator Associate (or equivalent) </p></li><li><p>Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (or equivalent) </p></li></ul><p><strong><em>This is your role</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services </p></li><li><p>Maintenance of SharePoint servers </p></li><li><p>Acting as 2nd line support, processing tickets for SharePoint environments (production, testing, development) </p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting incidents and problems and updating ticket status in a timely manner </p></li><li><p>Architecting long‑term changes to SharePoint platforms </p></li><li><p>Liaising with other administrators and harmonising solutions and processes </p></li><li><p>Contributing to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from a systems perspective </p></li><li><p>Liaising with development teams to align topology and configuration with project needs </p></li><li><p>Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers </p></li><li><p>Maintaining system documentation </p></li><li><p>Participating in the development of documentation for new solutions </p></li><li><p>Reporting on activities </p></li><li><p>Performing other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor </p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
