About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager with proven B2B sales experience who is ready to grow within the aviation technology sector. This is a full-cycle commercial role with ownership over the entire business development process — from outbound prospecting and first contact through to closing deals and building long-term customer relationships. If you enjoy building pipelines, opening doors, and developing international business opportunities, this role is for you.


Your Responsibilities
  •  Managing the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, discovery, presentations, offer preparation, negotiation, and closing 
  •  Actively identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activities 
  •  Building long-term relationships with airlines, flight schools, ATOs, and other aviation organisations 
  •  Presenting Evionica’s digital aviation solutions to aviation professionals and decision-makers 
  •  Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to support commercial initiatives 
  •  Representing Evionica at international aviation events and trade fairs (e.g. EATS, Pilot Expo, and others) 
  •  Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales activity records in CRM systems 

What We’re Looking For
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development 
  •  Aviation industry experience is a strong advantage 
  •  Proven ability to generate leads and develop opportunities from cold prospects 
  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  •  Self-starter mindset: proactive, ambitious, resilient, and results-driven 
  •  Excellent time management and ability to work independently 
  •  Comfort with CRM systems and modern sales tools (HubSpot preferred) 
  •  Familiarity with AI-supported sales tools / automation is a plus 
  •  Fluent English (C1/C2) — essential for working with international clients
