At Evionica, we are flight training experts, delivering high-end e-learning solutions for the aviation industry worldwide. With a strong product base in place, we are now focused on continuous improvement and innovation. We are looking for a creative E-learning Developer who will collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions in course production.
About Us:
We create distance learning products for:
Aircraft types (e.g. Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737),
Theoretical training (e.g. ATPL, PPL, N-VFR, MEP(L)),
General Aviation subjects (e.g. CRM, CWO, DG).
Our solutions strictly follow EASA regulations and comply with global aviation standards (ICAO, FAA, IATA).
We work in small, interdisciplinary, agile teams focused on ownership and impact.
Your Role:
As an e-Learning Developer, you will help us elevate the standard of our e-learning products. Your daily tasks will include assembling aviation courses, but we are looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to our current workflow. We need your expertise to implement more advanced interactions and logical structures that our authoring tools offer but we haven’t fully utilized yet. You will be the go-to person for transitioning our library to xAPI and helping us build a more data-driven approach to student assessment.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced, scenario-based and simulation-driven learning experiences that move beyond linear course structures into interactive, decision-based learning flows
Lead the transition from SCORM to xAPI. Implement custom statements to track student behavior and performance
Integrate our courses with LRS (Learning Record Store) and develop advanced logic for knowledge checks, scoring, and personalized learning paths
Analyze learner feedback and propose improvements based on insights
Contribute to team OKRs and product milestones
Research and prototype new interaction models, learning mechanics, micro‑simulations, and custom tooling
Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Graphic Designers and the Engineering Team
Ensure high quality, usability, and regulatory compliance of training materials
Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
Solid understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI)
Ability to design interactive and engaging learning experiences
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven improvement
Comfortable working in English on a daily basis (min. B2/C1)
Proactive attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE), with the ability to apply them in agile, product-driven environments
Nice to Have:
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript for Storyline customization)
Experience or familiarity with LRS and learning analytics
