About the role: Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Start Date: October Half Term (Monday 26th October 2026) Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Justteachers is working with a specialist SEN school seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Communication Needs. The school offers a highly supportive environment with excellent staff development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalised learning programmes to meet individual needs. Develop and review EHCP targets. Work closely with therapists, support staff and families. Adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil engagement. Promote independence, confidence and personal development. Maintain accurate records and contribute to annual reviews. Pre-requisites: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs. Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices. Patient, resilient and adaptable approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
