<p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced <strong>Road Freight Forwarder</strong> to join a growing and dynamic logistics business based in <strong>Hinckley</strong>. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong European road freight experience who is looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its people and culture.</p>

<h3>The Role</h3>
<p>As a Road Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of European road shipments, ensuring a high level of service is delivered to customers at all times.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Planning and coordinating European road freight shipments (import/export)</li>
<li>Liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents</li>
<li>Handling customs documentation and compliance (where required)</li>
<li>Providing accurate quotations and managing costs</li>
<li>Tracking shipments and proactively resolving any issues</li>
<li>Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in <strong>road freight forwarding</strong></li>
<li>Strong knowledge of European groupage / full load operations</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Customs knowledge (desirable but not essential)</li>
</ul>
