The Scientific Sales Representative advises on Johnson & Johnson products, convincing customers as a competent and trustworthy contact person using all analog and digital channels. They emphasize the benefits of the product, focusing on patient outcomes. They are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer access and achieving sales and growth targets for the products they represent in their region. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Representative (m/f/d) – Indication: Uro/Oncology – for the Mannheim-Stuttgart region, starting August 1, 2026. This is a full-time position (100%). You will use your scientific and communication skills to convince our customers of the value and benefits of our products, enabling us to achieve the set sales and growth targets. With a keen understanding of their needs, you build sustainable business relationships. You identify market opportunities and further develop network structures in the region. You develop ideas for access-securing and sales-promoting measures in a competitive environment and use resources effectively and efficiently. You independently and regularly conduct market, account, and potential analyses to derive and implement effective regional sales strategies. You conduct informational events, possibly including your own presentations, and participate in relevant national and regional events such as conferences and congresses. You identify and prioritize needs and gaps in care for healthcare providers and patients throughout the course of therapy and develop strategy and action plans within the framework of stakeholder management. You closely monitor the market and share market-relevant competitive and healthcare policy information with the relevant contacts in the cross-functional team. You work closely and across field sales lines in a regional and cross-functional team, proactively contributing your ideas. and include the relevant functions to further expand customer relationships and market access.
· Completed university degree or doctorate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics or medicine
· Alternatively, you have the recognition as a pharmaceutical consultant (m/f/d) according to § 75 para. 3
· Prior professional experience in sales is an advantage.
· Your communication is precisely targeted, enabling you to argue scientifically on equal terms with opinion leaders.
· In-depth knowledge of health policy and the healthcare landscape in the field of oncology/pulmonology is desirable.
· Pioneering spirit, willingness to learn, digital affinity, positive attitude, as well as creativity and proactivity
· High willingness to cooperate and excellent teamwork skills
· Excellent communication and rhetorical skills
· Customer focus and very strong networking skills
· Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
