About the Role GSL Education’s Chelmsford branch is continuing to grow, and we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious and high-performing team. What the Role Involves As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while supporting schools across Essex. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Your responsibilities will include: Building relationships with schools and education professionals Proactively sourcing candidates  Making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients Interviewing and registering candidates for roles in schools Supporting the team with placing candidates into long-term and daily supply roles Developing your own client base through business development and cold calling Working towards targets and contributing to the success of the branch What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals with the right mindset and attitude rather than direct recruitment experience.
