We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Director to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
- Strategic planning: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Client acquisition: lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients
- Revenue generation: meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
- Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities
Skills you should have
- 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
- Fluency in Polish and English
