Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with a well-respected national organisation in the recruitment of two AR Assistants to join their established Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for finance professionals with accounts receivable or credit control experience who are looking to join an organisation making a genuine difference, whilst continuing to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Working remotely, the successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the receivables function, ensuring strong customer relationships and accurate financial processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising and processing invoices accurately and efficiently
Monitoring the accounts receivable ledger
Chasing outstanding payments and resolving queries
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Reconciling payments and investigating discrepancies
Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance position
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
The ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively under pressure
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
A positive and collaborative attitude
