Over onze klant

Our client is a property and asset management organization that manages a diverse real estate portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Property Accountant / Financial Controller to strengthen their finance team.

Functie

• Manage the full financial administration of multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, and payment processing.
• Oversee lease and rental administration, including contract setup, invoicing, rent indexation, and service charge reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow analyses, and financial reporting packages for stakeholders.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Prepare VAT and other tax filings and support year-end reporting processes.
• Assist with annual financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Support financial planning, property valuations, and client advisory activities.

Profiel

• Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Approximately 5+ years of accounting or financial control experience.
• Experience within real estate, property management, or asset management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting and reporting systems is preferred.
• Fluency in the Dutch language
