About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a committed and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join a school‑based residential setting in Preston. This is a long‑term, permanent role, starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
<ul>
<li>Supporting young people with daily routines and life skills</li>
<li>Providing emotional and behavioural support</li>
<li>Promoting independence and wellbeing</li>
<li>Supporting evening and morning routines</li>
<li>Ensuring safeguarding and safety standards are maintained</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience in residential, care or SEND environments</li>
<li>A resilient and supportive approach</li>
<li>Flexibility to work shifts where required</li>
<li>Strong communication and safeguarding awareness</li>
