About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright to support mill operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant performance.
What You’ll Do

Perform preventative maintenance on sawmill and production equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Diagnose and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems
-
Conduct equipment installations and modifications as needed
-
Perform welding and fabrication repairs

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work

Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience working in manufacturing or lumber mill environments preferred
-
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
-
Welding and fabrication experience a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
