An established real estate investment platform is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy across PBSA, BTR, Co-Living and related sectors.
You will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including:
Appraising new opportunities and building financial models
Underwriting assets and supporting transactions
Assisting with deal structuring and legal processes
Preparing investment papers and stakeholder presentations
Monitoring asset performance and supporting JV reporting
Experience in real estate investment, private equity, or advisory
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Exposure to residential sectors (PBSA/BTR/Co-Living preferred)
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decisions
