This role is for a team operating like a venture studio: multiple products are launched every month (mostly at MVP stage), hypotheses are tested fast, and decisions are made quickly - scale or move on. The primary market is the US, but products are global. Most projects target early-stage companies (pre-seed → Series A).

Right now, the bottleneck isn’t strategy - it’s execution speed.
We’re looking for someone who can just take ownership and ship: launch, test, optimise.

What you’ll do:

• Run performance campaigns end-to-end
  (Meta & Google for B2C, LinkedIn for B2B)
• Test hypotheses fast
  → write core ad copy
  → generate creatives with AI tools
  → launch & iterate
• Own analytics & tracking
  → monitor dashboards
  → make data-driven decisions
• Take full ownership of unit economics
  → ROAS / ROMI are your responsibility

Who we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/media buying
• Background in fast-paced startups or agencies
• Ability to execute a full cycle independently:
  hypothesis → copy → creatives → launch → analytics
• Strong experience with:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • (nice to have) LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working with US / global markets
• Bonus: experience launching MVP-stage products
