</ul><p><strong><span>What You’ll Do</span></strong></p><ul>
<li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair 240V & 460V three<span>‑</span>phase electrical systems</li>
<li>Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on industrial machinery</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running</li>
<li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and blueprints</li>
<li>Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and analog signals</li>
<li>Support emergency repairs and participate in an on<span>‑</span>call rotation</li>
<li>Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and EHS procedures</li>
<li>Occasionally assist with minor mechanical repairs</li>
</ul><p><strong><span>What You Bring</span></strong></p><ul>
<li>4+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently on off<span>‑</span>shift</li>
<li>Experience with PLCs (Siemens a plus) and high<span>‑</span>voltage equipment (up to 600V)</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
