About the Role
A well-established, family-owned distribution company in Buford, GA is hiring a Warehouse Manager! This company supplies products to contractors, wholesalers, and facility managers across the industrial supply space, and is known for stability and a tight-knit team culture. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of a full warehouse operation. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience Placement Type: Direct Hire What You'll Do This role oversees all aspects of the warehouse, including: Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and shippingOversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely deliverySupervise and coach warehouse team members, including performance managementOrganize workflows and set priorities to improve efficiencyOperate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentCoordinate with internal teams and external partners on day to day operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or distribution managementProficiency with forklift operation and warehouse equipmentWorking knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practicesDemonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and coachingStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Excel and warehouse software systemsExperience in construction or industrial supply preferred To apply for the Warehouse Manager position, submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application at impactstaffing.com.
