<p><strong>Senior Planning Officer (Hybrid) needed in St Albans, £35.21ph </strong><strong>PAYE – Reference: 5300915</strong></p>
<p>Senior Planning Officer needed dealing with small scale majors, complex minor applications and complex householders. </p>
<p>You will ideally have an understanding of Green Belt policy and to be able to work confidently independently. </p>
<p>To track record of high performance and ability to adapt to different application types.</p>
