<p>Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced Handy Person / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join their team on a full-time PAYE basis.</p>
<p>This practical role involves carrying out property maintenance across residential and commercial sites in London and High Wycombe. You will work within a professional property management and maintenance team, delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple locations.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Painting and decorating</li>
<li>General property maintenance</li>
<li>Basic gardening tasks</li>
<li>Plumbing repairs and upkeep</li>
<li>Carpentry work</li>
<li>Roof repairs and inspections</li>
<li>Ensuring all work sites are left clean and tidy</li>
<li>Assisting with removals when necessary</li>
<li>Using company tools and equipment responsibly</li>
<li>Reporting issues promptly and following management instructions</li>

<p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p>

<li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li>
<li>Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively</li>
<li>Strong time management skills and reliability</li>
<li>Basic understanding of health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail</li>
