About the Role

An experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant is sought to support a successful international business leader. This is a demanding, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and commitment.<br> <br>The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand, managing complex schedules, coordinating across multiple offices. and handling a broad range of business and personal matters. The position involves frequent international travel and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.<br><strong> </strong><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Provide comprehensive support to a principal with extensive international commitments</li><li>Manage complex and frequently changing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>Handle correspondence, document preparation, filing, and administrative support</li><li>Draft reports, briefing notes, presentations, and meeting summaries</li><li>Conduct research and compile information on a range of topics</li><li>Attend senior-level meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions</li><li>Coordinate events, private dinners, workshops, conferences, and business meetings</li><li>Manage invoicing, payments, insurance policies, and other operational matters</li><li>Support the management of personal projects, assets, and administrative affairs</li><li>Coordinate activities across multiple offices and stakeholders internationally</li><li>Assist with selected personal and family-related matters as required</li></ul><br><strong>About You</strong><br><ul><li>At least 6 years' experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Chairman, or equivalent senior executive</li><li>Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple/Mac systems</li><li>Fast, accurate typing and document preparation skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities</li><li>Able to remain calm and effective under pressure</li><li>Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information</li><li>Highly dependable, professional and discreet</li><li>Willing and able to travel extensively</li></ul><br>You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a demanding environment.
