Site Development Estimator / PM

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator / Project Manager specializing in site development projects ranging from small residential lots to large commercial projects. Candidate will bring a proven track record of managing and estimating site development, grading, earthwork, and utilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage grading, excavation, and site development projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Analyze civil plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Estimator
• Proficient in AGTEK and HCSS HeavyBid
• Strong understanding of site development, grading, earthwork, and utilities
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specs
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
