Business Analyst Contract - Energy Industry

​About the Company We are working with a consultancy looking to hire a Business Analyst to support client-facing projects across the energy sector. Project will mobilise ASAP so need to be available to start within next weeks. About the Role This role is focused on operational diagnostics, process analysis, value stream mapping and identifying business improvement opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients to understand where processes are getting stuck, analyse challenges, and help shape practical recommendations that drive real outcomes. Responsibilities Business Analyst experience within energy / utilities within the last two years (preferably with exposure to 'big six' or enterprise level clients Strong process mapping and operational analysis capability Experience working across change, transformation or improvement projects A hands-on approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills Smart metering or metering operations experience (preferred) ​ Qualifications This role will be paid at a day rate + expenses and will involve working on client sites, so travel will be required.
