Start ASAP ideally May/June 2026.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Experienced Product Manager to work closely with the Product Lead to help shape and deliver healthcare product.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Hybrid Working &ndash;</strong> 3/4 days/week remote (WFH), and 1 or 2 days/week working on-site from the <strong><em>Leeds or London</em></strong> office.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A chance to work with a leading global IT transformation business specialising in delivering large-scale Government digital modernisation projects.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key skills, experience + duties to include:</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experienced <strong>Product Manager</strong> to work closely with the <strong>Product Lead to help shape and deliver an innovative healthcare product</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Proven experience working as a Product Manager within the healthcare sector.</strong></li> <li>Collaborate closely with the <strong>Product Lead and cross-functional teams, drive initiatives from discovery through to delivery.</strong></li> <li>Support <strong>Product Strategy</strong> execution aligned with business objectives and ensure high-quality <strong>product outcomes</strong> while balancing pace and delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and quality</li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and ability to work autonomously once direction and objectives are provided</li> <li>Coordinate stakeholders across agile delivery environments,</li> <li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in agile environments</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Benefits: Salary to &pound;70k-75k (DOE) + Hybrid + 10% Bonus + Pension + Death in Service + Health Care Plan + More.</li> </ul>
