<p>Our client, a pioneering fintech company based in London, is seeking a <strong>Lead Econometrician</strong> to drive the development of their next-generation marketing intelligence solutions. <p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the creation and implementation of the next-generation Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) solution.</li>
<li>Deploy and maintain econometric models across various brands and markets, ensuring robust performance and scalability.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all key business questions are effectively addressed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, support functions, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
<li>Support the growth and development of a best-in-class internal MMM team by fostering a culture of excellence in econometrics.</li>
<li>Drive marketing efficiency improvements through optimisation and scenario planning initiatives.</li>
<li>Build and maintain marketing optimisation tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation to enhance econometrics capabilities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-4 years of MMM experience in a media agency, consultancy, or relevant in-house role.</li>
<li>Strong academic background with a numerate degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and advanced Excel skills for modelling, data processing, and analysis.</li>
<li>Proven experience in leading econometric projects and mentoring junior team members.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data insights effectively.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the media planning and buying landscape, and an understanding of how MMM drives effective marketing strategies.</li>
