Production Employee 2-shifts

Join as a Production Employee in the plant-based food industry in Oss! Earn up to € 18.45 gross per hour including shift allowance, enjoy your weekends off, and play a key role in producing healthy and sustainable plant-based products every day.

Over de vacature:

As a Production Employee, you will work on the production lines and in the packing department. Together with your colleagues, you ensure everything runs smoothly and that production and quality targets are met.

Your tasks:

• Operate and set up machines;
• Perform quality checks and solve minor technical issues;
• Convert and prepare machines for different products;
• Take responsibility for your own production line;
• Guide and train new colleagues;
• Actively contribute to an efficient and safe production process.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts: one week 06:00 – 14:00, the next week 14:00 – 22:00

Occasionally you will work in a cooler environment (2–6°C), but the employer provides appropriate work clothing to keep you comfortable.

Wat wij vragen:

• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector;
• Good command of Dutch or English;
• Willingness to work in cooler conditions.

• Salary between € 15.06 and € 18.45 gross per hour, including 8% shift allowance;
• 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday pay;
