TechNET has partnered with a professional services organisation (c.1,000-2,000 employees) undergoing a significant enterprise-wide transformation programme across digital services, operating models, and learning and assessment frameworks.

They are seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives. This position sits at the heart of shaping and executing strategic change, translating high-level vision into structured delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies across workstreams, and ensure alignment with programme outcomes, covering areas such as curriculum development, assessment design, and operating model transformation.

Key experience required:

• Proven delivery within large-scale transformation or change programmes
• Strong stakeholder engagement, including CxO-level interaction
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structured outcomes
• Exposure to digital, IT, or business transformation initiatives

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud, D365, or Adobe platforms
• Background in regulated or professional services environments
