SEND Teaching Assistant (SEMH) – Farnborough £14.25 per hour | Temp to Perm | Full-Time This is not your typical TA role. We’re recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a school in Farnborough that supports pupils with SEMH and moderate learning difficulties. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises relationships first, learning second — because without trust, progress doesn’t happen. Your day-to-day: Working closely with pupils who need emotional and behavioural support Supporting learning in a structured but flexible way Encouraging independence and confidence We’re looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable young people Can remain calm under pressure Is consistent, reliable, and committed This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete this through us)
