Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end group reporting process by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting from subsidiaries
- Develop and continuously improve the group's reporting framework, including standardized monthly reporting templates
- Monitor and support intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes to ensure accurate consolidated financial statements
- Prepare consolidation entries and support the monthly and year-end financial close process
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and automation
- Prepare and maintain treasury reporting, including cash flow dashboards and liquidity reporting across the group
- Review cash flow forecasts submitted by subsidiaries, challenge assumptions, and identify discrepancies
- Support Finance Managers across the organization by providing guidance on group reporting processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Act as the finance contact for assigned group entities and coordinate with the shared service center on financial operations
- Participate in monthly business reviews and support statutory audits, annual reports, and tax reporting activities
- Monitor financial processes and internal controls to ensure compliance with group policies and reporting standards
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in audit (Big Four or mid-tier preferred) or as a Financial Controller in an international organization
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and intercompany accounting
- Experience with financial reporting systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in reporting automation and process improvement
- Curious, detail-oriented, and confident in challenging assumptions to ensure data accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Why choose us and why we'd choose you?
At NACOS Marine, you'll become part of an international finance organization where you'll help strengthen and shape our global reporting processes. You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple countries, gaining broad exposure to group consolidation, treasury, financial reporting, and business partnering while contributing to the continued development of our finance function.
