Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and preparing innovative lesson materials.
- Tailored Learning: Work 1:1 or with small groups to support students with diverse learning needs and SEND.
- Adaptability: Modify resources on the spot to meet the individual needs of every child.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about child development.
- Compliance: An Enhanced Child DBS (on the update service) and eligibility to work in the UK.
- References: Two recent professional references are essential.
