About the Role

​The Company

Our client is a market leading engineering/manufacturing company, they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner. 

The Role

  • Working with department leaders to drive initiatives that support business goals.

  • Overseeing succession planning, talent development and workforce planning.

  • Coaching senior managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Supporting the business in navigating organizational changes and transformations.

  • Using workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

  • Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee morale. 

The Person

  • Must have previous HR experience ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background.

  • Proven experience with complex employee relation issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent I.T. Skills-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc

  • Ideally hold a CIPD level 5 qualification.
