<h3><strong>Position Summary</strong></h3>
<p>The <strong>Lead Pricing Analyst</strong> is tasked with creating and assessing detailed cost estimates for large-scale civil construction projects, encompassing transportation, earthwork, and underground utility work. This role demands strong analytical abilities, extensive field experience, and the capacity to partner with diverse teams to produce precise, competitive, and top-notch proposals.</p>

<p>Evaluate <strong>blueprints, specifications, geological data, and associated paperwork</strong> to outline project parameters.</p>

<p>Conduct <strong>quantity estimations</strong> using computer-based pricing tools.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assess <strong>site conditions</strong>, appraise construction methodologies, and gauge equipment deployment.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Formulate intricate <strong>cost estimations based on labor, materials, and production</strong> with accuracy.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Compile and help compile <strong>proposal documents, schedules, and bid packages</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate closely with internal pricing, engineering, and operational teams.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Engage in <strong>site visits, inquiries, and team evaluations pre-bid</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Offer <strong>constructive insights</strong> and technical assistance during project pursuit and handover to Operations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain meticulous pricing records and cost archives.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support regional business development units with <strong>strategic approaches and proposal presentations</strong>.</p>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Over <strong>10 years</strong> of pricing experience in <strong>large-scale road, earthwork, or subterranean utility</strong> projects.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Bachelor’s Degree</strong> in <strong>Construction Management</strong>, <strong>Civil Engineering</strong>, or equivalent practical background.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Demonstrated leadership and pricing expertise in hefty civil undertakings.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong teamwork and self-driven with a proactive troubleshooting approach.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Exceptional communication skills; adept at interacting with proprietors, engineers, subcontractors, and high-level management.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficient in <strong>HCSS HeavyBid</strong> (or similar pricing software), <strong>Agtek</strong> (or related earthwork tools), <strong>Bluebeam</strong>, <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>, and <strong>Word</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with <strong>Primavera (P6)</strong> scheduling utilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Detail-oriented with superb time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Must hold a <strong>valid Driver’s License</strong> and uphold a clean driving record.</p>
</li>
